Shaped by God Learning Community
The Learning Community of the Shaped by God Network exists to discover, develop and deploy church planting leaders who desire a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. This process is designed to help individuals and/or couples who want to be equipped for a church planting ministry. The four focus areas of this community include:

1) Evaluating: This includes various assessments related to areas such as church planting, spiritual gifts, marriage, personality, leadership and support network development.

2) Equipping: To be accomplished through times of teaching, participant led seminars and ministry assignments. Areas of study include biblical foundations, church planting, culture, and theology.

3) Engaging: This involves field ministry experiences whereby each member of the Learning Community will have opportunities to apply the principles being learned through practical ministry experiences in a variety of church planting settings.

4) Experiencing: Opportunities for spiritual formation and growth in your personal relationship with Christ are provided through personal and corporate times of worship and prayer. These experiences will be facilitated during retreats and regular worship experiences.
